Luc was feeling a whole lot better today. Just in time to go home as luck would have it. Whilst it was too bad about yesterday we were excited at the prospect of flying with a smiler versus a crier.
Our flight left at 830 this morning and as always, we were running late. We arrived to check in at 745 in fact so we were lucky to get on in the end. Plus we were served by a woman who had no interest in letting our suitcase weigh any more that the exact 50 pounds it was allowed to so that made for an interesting 5 minutes or so.
Going through the security gates with the kids in this country is one heck of a job let me tell you. By the time we all take off our coats and shoes, empty and collapse the pram, empty the entire contents of the baby bag to show all creams, gels and liquids and pull out all electrical equipment for separate scan Kelly and I are ready for a quick siesta. Today we tallied 5 trays to be x-rayed.
The only thing tougher than taking it all off and out is putting it all back on and in.
Our flights were fun today. I think that Kelly and I were so relieved that Luc was feeling better we weren’t going to let anything get in the way of us getting home happily. Sure, he fussed and fuddled and tried to pull the plane apart one piece at a time but he was happy and thanks to that, so were we.
On our last flight from Chicago to Green Bay his shenanigans really kicked in. Not content to eat his Cheerios one by one out of his cup he pulled them all out like a squirrel at a garbage bin. Not content to eat his chips out of the bag he tipped them all over the both of us and not content to drink his water like a regular person he gurgled it straight back out of his mouth like a little human fountain.
By the time we got home, before 1pm I might add, we were well and truly stuffed. Buggered to use an Aussie-ism. In fact, why stop there? We were well and truly, fair dinkum, hit for six. (That’s a Cricket analogy). It felt like it was well after dark not halfway through the day.
The boys were in bed not long after the sun said goodnight, I was in bed not long after that and Kelly, happy to have some quiet time without the 3 of us for once, sat up and slowly started getting the 4 of us back into some sort of order again.

I would recommend a neurologist. Nerves in the neck affect the tongue. If he clears you, then my next step would be to see a chiropractor. teeth whitening systems
